Giving a luxury real estate experience to every client at all price points is especially important to Cathy. She is passionate about providing high levels of service and expertise to all parties involved in a transaction. She has earned multiple awards in her real estate career while being licensed in both Michigan and Indiana with specialized designations as an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), a RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and a PSA (Pricing Strategy Analyst). With a Masters in education and management experience, Cathy is equipped to manage transactions seamlessly and to educate clients clearly.
Cathy’s favorite area of real estate is representing buyers in new construction; making sure builder contracts are understood and fair to her clients, helping establish high levels of service and communication between all parties, and being the concierge through the lengthy building process is her specialty.
Married to her high school sweetheart, she and her husband moved to the Michiana area in 2008. They love to spend free time with family and friends and their very spoiled cat.
