Libby Riggs serves as the Marketing Director and Head of Investor Relations at St. Joseph Realty Group, where she plays a key role in connecting investors with strong opportunities and ensuring the brokerage’s marketing reflects both strategy and integrity.
With a deep focus on investor clients, Libby works closely with buyers at every stage—from first-time investors to experienced portfolio builders—helping them confidently source, evaluate, and execute deals in the Michiana market. Her background in wholesaling and off-market transactions gives her a sharp eye for deal structure, risk assessment, and long-term strategy, and she’s known for being both honest and thorough when walking clients through opportunities. Whether it’s evaluating numbers, navigating off-market inventory, or building relationships with wholesalers and partners, Libby lives and breathes real estate.
Outside of work, Libby is a mom of four, homeschools her kids, and works alongside her husband, JD Riggs, balancing business ownership with family life. When she’s not immersed in real estate, you’ll most likely find her baking—especially experimenting with sourdough—or creating systems that bring order and intention to a busy household. Her passion for real estate, education, and community impact drives everything she does, both professionally and personally.
