About Cynthia Mene
Cynthia Mene moved to Northern Indiana in 2021 to pursue her Master’s degree at the University of Notre Dame. After graduating, she chose to make the region her home and invest in the local community.
As an experienced real estate investor, developer, and owner of Homey & Rosette Properties, Cynthia specializes in acquiring, renovating, and developing residential properties, which she then rents or sells. She personally owns and manages 10+ single and multi-family properties, bringing hands-on expertise in property acquisition, renovation, rental management, and value-add investment strategies to every project.
Her work spans a diverse portfolio, including short-term rentals, long-term rentals, fix-and-flip projects, new constructions, and primary residences. Cynthia is passionate about helping clients navigate the dynamic complexities of real estate transactions and build long-term value through property ownership.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
