About Beth McFarland
With four years of real estate experience and a strong focus on residential buyers and sellers, I’m committed to guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey with confidence and clarity. I draw on my background in teaching, customer service, and sales to educate clients, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional support throughout the buying and selling process.
As a military spouse of more than 20 years, I understand the unique challenges of military moves. After my husband’s retirement, our family chose to settle permanently in northern Indiana, and I’m proud to help military families, veterans, and local residents navigate their transitions with empathy and expertise.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Currently, I am a graduate student in clinical mental health counseling, which enhances my ability to listen deeply and support clients through major decisions. Outside of real estate, I’m a mom to a wonderful boy, girl, dog, and two cats — a busy, joyful life that keeps me grounded and connected to the community I serve.
